You will be asked to provide some personal information for collection, use, and storage. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information. When you Login/Register with Facebook, Google Login/Register button, we will collect, use, and storage your name and email. If you do not accept our Terms or Privacy Policy, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. Any time you can delete all your data from our service.

Virtnumber may use cookies and other tracking tehnoligies toanalyze trends, trackusers movements around the services and third party sites.You can control the user of cookiesat the individualbrowser level, butif you choose to disable cookies, it may limit functions on the services.
No Guarantee:
Virtnumber is a middle supplier to place your order with the main supplier. By placing an order with Virtnumber, you accept this risk and the outcome. If you ordered service or product, it cant be changed to another. If mobile proxy not working, we can change connection to similar new only, we dont provide refund. All real numbers are auto renew, to stop renew, you have to delete number.
There will be no refund if your order is unsuccessful. You can request an IP rotation interval in case EU 4G proxy connection. In case US 4G proxy connection, IP rotation interval will be new IP, every 30 min, to prevent sim deactivation. Some services doesn't send verification codes to virtual mobile numbers, no guarantee that you will receive verification codes from services with provided phone number. Numbers can't be replaced or changed. In case of SIM-storage service, provided cards must be registered and activated, European roaming must be enabled in other case we will ask you to send new cards.
For auto virtual mobile number extension, not enough positive balance. Virtual Number must have 1 received message - 15 days before expiration date. Real SMS number has auto extension without any additional restrictions. If you are using mobile proxy connection for fraud or scam your connection will be disabled and account deactivated without notification.
Prices: All prices for the services is listed on the main site. Prices can be changed without notification, please check current prices before placing an order. For servises buying you can use Virtnumber Credits. 1 euro - 1 credit. Virtnumber Credits can't be exchanged back to Euro or any other currency.
You can't use our services for scam and fraud or phishing. We are providing proxy connection throug the mobile card, if you violated our rules, your account will be blocked and services disabled without refund. If you will use our numbers or proxy for fraud, scam or any financial services, your connection will be stoped and account disabled without refund. Your proxy data, can be limited up to five mbps if you are using high data detected as spam. You can't use virtnumber proxy for financial operations (transfer, sending or receiving). Financial and ecommerce sites, can be blocked by our services. We can ask you to provide additional information about your suspicion activity. If you not provide requested information, you account will be suspended until case will be resolved. If you dont agree with our terms and rules, please don't make any purchases and ask us to delete your account.
Short Message Service
This section applies when the Customer is purchasing services related to both sending and receiving SMS (Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service).
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that messages sent to or from the Customer, or the Customer’s users, clients, or subscribers, may be blocked by carriers or service providers for various reasons, known or unknown to Virtnumber. Virtnumber is not obligated to investigate or resolve any such blockage for the Customer or the Customer’s users, clients, or subscribers. Virtnumber and its vendors do not guarantee message delivery, regardless of the reason. The Customer is responsible for ensuring continuous availability to receive messages from Virtnumber via IP connectivity.
This section applies only if the Customer uses Short Codes. A “Short Code” is a 5- or 6-digit number used to either send or receive SMS messages. Short Codes are linked to one or more campaigns. A “Campaign” is an SMS-based one-way or two-way conversation that users opt-in to participate in. Each campaign is associated with one or more Short Codes. Virtnumber reserves the right to approve or reject any campaign at its discretion and may suspend services related to any rejected campaign.
The Customer's use of SMS/MMS services must comply with all applicable messaging guidelines and laws. The Customer is fully responsible for reviewing and ensuring that their use cases and those of their users comply with these guidelines. Any SMS message that does not adhere to these guidelines or applicable laws will be considered a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Virtnumber reserves the right to take any necessary actions to ensure compliance with messaging guidelines. "Messaging guidelines" refer to the best practices and standards set by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) and the acceptable use policies of any service providers involved. In case of any conflict between the messaging guidelines and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
Tech support
User is obliged to timely inform Virtnumber Support by email (
[email protected]) or support tickets system about any encountered problems with mobile proxy or sms numbers use.
The administration may change the Agreement without informing users. If terms are violated service may terminate services provided to the user without the right of recovery.
